jenkev productions, Inc. is a production company founded by Director Jennifer Clary and Producer Kevin Haberer. Based in Los Angeles, jenkev focuses primarily on the development and production of narrative feature films.
Jennifer Clary, a 2001 graduate of The Hockaday School and a 2004 graduate of Vassar College, is an award winning film director and entrepreneur. She is the founder of and an executive partner at the Los Angeles based companies jenkev productions, Inc., Gobble Green and Melodious Massage.
Jennifer’s short films, Dirty Girl and The Christmas Conspiracy, both achieved acclaim on the festival circuit and secured distribution. Dirty Girl had its world premiere at the prestigious Tampere Film Festival and went on to screen at over thirty additional festivals worldwide. The Christmas Conspiracy, featuring Dick van Patten and Christian Kane, opened the 2009 Pacific Palisades Film Festival and screened at many events including the Santa Fe and Rome International film festivals.
Jennifer’s first feature film, The Silent Thief, was made possible by a generous equipment grant from Panavision. The Silent Thief was completed in March 2012 and, thus far, has received an Accolade Award of Excellence, Best Actor for Toby Hemingway’s performance at the Breckenridge Film Festival, Best Feature Film at CENFLO, Best Director nomination at Calgary International Film Festival, Best Director nomination at St. Louis International Film Festival, and Best Supporting Actress nomination at the Maverick Film Awards for Frances Fisher’s performance. Additionally, the film has screened domestically at the Palm Beach International Film Festival, USA Film Festival, Athens International Film & Video Festival, Omaha Film Festival, Big Bear Lake International Film Festival, Hollywood Film Festival, Tacoma Film Festival, Rome International Film Festival and Gen Art Film Festival. The Silent Thief had its international premiere at the Roma Independent Film Festival in April 2012, where it was selected as one of only eleven features in competition. It has also been shown overseas at the Transilvania International Film Festival and will be playing later this year at the Cyprus International Film Festival, Salento International Film Festival, and Costa Rica International Film Festival.
Jennifer started the vegan meal delivery business, Gobble Green, in 2009 to make cruelty-free eating convenient for consumers nationwide. In addition to feeding thousands of customers each month, Gobble Green is very active in community outreach. Some of Gobble Green’s charitable work includes rescued animal sponsorships, donations to non-profit healthcare organizations and contributions to positive media programs like The Genesis Awards.
In early 2012 Jennifer founded Melodious Massage, which combines the auditory stimulation of music with the healing touch of massage. In doing so, Melodious Massage provides customers in Los Angeles with a comprehensive artistic, therapeutic experience.
